Creed James

Broker / Owner

Creed James joined James Land Company in 2007 after graduating from Colorado Mesa University (formerly known as Mesa State College) with a degree in marketing and finance.  While his professional career started in 2007, he remembers helping his dad in the mid 90’s doing courthouse research, working on direct mail campaigns and looking at properties in northwest Montana where he was born.  Real estate has been a lifelong passion for Creed and in January 2024 he became the responsible broker for James Land Company.  Creed is licensed in Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado and utilizes his expertise to help clients successfully navigate the buying and selling process.  When he is not on the road showing farms, ranches or recreation properties he enjoys spending time in the outdoors hunting, fishing and camping with his family.  Creed met his wife Megan in college where he was playing football for the Mavericks and she was playing basketball.  They chose to settle down in Saratoga to raise their two children where they could share their love for the outdoors and help coach their kids.
