James Land Company is a family owned and operated real estate brokerage since 2004.  Curt James, the founding broker, operated a successful brokerage in northwest Montana during the 1990s and after short hiatus to develop a commodity brokerage, he resumed his real estate career in 2003 and started James Land Company the following year.  Since that time James Land company has built a solid reputation uniting buyers and sellers of farms, ranches and recreation properties. James Land Company’s foundation is built on their comprehensive market knowledge and the relationships they have built with their clients.  James Land Company’s brokers experience and market knowledge allow them to successfully help their clients navigate the buying and selling process.  Licensed in Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado, James Land Company works with a network of brokers throughout the western US to help their clients achieve their goals when it comes to buying and selling farms, ranches and recreation properties. In 2024 Creed James, Curt’s son who joined the company in 2007, became the responsible broker for James Land Company and he looks forward to continuing the successful tradition of running a brokerage built on honesty and integrity.
